I'd tell you to have fun, but I think that is a given.

  3. Hard or soft? Actually, I'd be interested to know what advice you got when choosing what to go with.

The front has a medium compound and the rear is hard. My tyre guy doesn't think the rear will last for 2 days on Phillip Islands abrasive new surface. It'll be interesting to see how much more grip the slicks have over standard street tyres.

  4. so when is the date of the track day
i think the grip you get will surprise you
and dont know how you will get away with trying to run them on the road if you fall in love with the grip

    1. Hey Mate
We leave tomorrow for PI. Track day is on monday and tuesday so hoping for good weather but in typical PI fashion am expecting a mixed bag of sun shin e and hypothermia. We will take what we can get, thats why we decided on 2 days instead of one just because of the weather.

      Cheers

      Steve
