We were expecting the police presence so it wasn't surprising.
Yes those Rs10 are to soft, they would make a fantastic track day tyre.
We will wait and see with the seat thing as I have something up my sleeve.Stevehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10160712689280276620noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5119951275142904676.post-20371962091587954122015-10-23T06:19:00.714+11:002015-10-23T06:19:00.714+11:00Looks like a fun ride, except for the performance ...Looks like a fun ride, except for the performance award and sore arse.

My guess is they were handing out citations specifically for revenue and just telling people it was for safety. Hang out a net and catch a lot of fish on a busy day. Pretty crappy thing to do if you ask me, but I think they do it all over the world. They seem to really be picky about how far you can ride over the limit here.

The speeds on our roads are generally 55 mph unless it is an Interstate where it is 65 mph. People routinely do 10 mph over the speed limit and the cops don't bat an eye. It is pretty much expected. If they weren't there somewhere, everyone would have been doing 200 plus.......just like we used to 20 years ago.
