I was going through some photos scanning in some images for my wife so that she could humiliate her brother for his 40th Birthday tomorrow and I thought I might have a look through my own archives to see what dirt I can dig up on my older brother. Well I found some and guess what?
The old boy had hair once upon a time. Here they are enjoy!
Who is that handsome devil with the electric blue ZX9? Obviously he has good taste and great hair! Also note his super - cool 1994 PCRA NSW t-shirt(and the cool blue heeler). The guy on the green ZX9 is clearly just a try hard.......
Dear God - there are some things that can't be unseen ;-) . Did you always follow in your big bro's footsteps with your choice of bikes? Have never seen a pic of you on a mountain bike mate :-) .
Seriously though, I absolutely love seeing old photos of people on their bikes. Very nice post Steve!
Yeah it was good for a laugh. It only took about 2 minutes to go through all my old photos. In 10 years of riding i had less photos than i now take on one trip.
Ywah me too, it's a shame I on't have very many. Something about being young and stupid and in too much of a hurry to stop and smell the roses. The 2 Kawasaki's I owned were good bikes, although I have some trouble with the electrics on the ZX-9. When I rode the R1 it was a far better sports bike than the ZX-9, it was more sports touring. Funny how things go around in circle, in a couple of years time I will be looking to get something more sports tourey and sell the pure sports bike.

DeleteGreat pics Steve. A shame that you've strayed from the Kawasaki tribe though! As others have said, I love looking at old MC related pics as well.
